The infradian rhythem is a biological rhythm which only females work on during their reproductive years. It includes four different phases oncluding the follicular, ovulatory, luteal and menstrual phase. It affects your body immunity, your brain, the way you handle stress, fertility, libido and various other everyday bodily functions.
Until only recently has research been made on this female cycle thus leaving women in the dark as we try to figure out why common ways of dieting and exercising are not having the same effective results as that seen in men
Through my guidance and support I aim to support your body by looking at how your hormones may be affecting you! This includes those who are in their reproductive years and are looking to support their bodies by eating and training accordingly to where they are in their cycle, helping women through peri-menopause and menopause and guiding women who are prenatal/ post natal.
